WHAT YOU GET

A fully rendered painting of a character in my style, either full head-to-toe or thighs up depending upon how the pose fits the canvas. Canvas size is 5400 x 7200 pixels (18 x 24 inches at 300 dpi).

Base Price: $695

Includes: Up to 2 rounds of revisions* during sketching and line art stages (see terms)

Add-ons: Simple Background: Included

Complex Background: Varies (billed $30/hour)

Extra Characters: $350 (per character)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

• Payment is made in full, up front via Paypal. Commissions are non-refundable once work on your piece has begun. Refunds are subject to $100 cancellation fee.
• Most commissions will be completed within 2 to 4 weeks but can take up to 12 weeks for completion, depending on my workload. An estimated timeline for completion will be given to you upon taking your commission.
• Upon completion of your commission, you will receive a high-resolution PNG image of your artwork. Printed copies of your piece are not included. Layered CLIP (Clip Studio Paint) files are also not included.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. When I open commissions, I choose the ones I like best rather than taking them on a first come, first serve basis.

RIGHTS AND DISTRIBUTION:

• Prices listed are for NON-COMMERCIAL projects only. If you are interested in a commercial license, contact me.
• I reserve all rights to all artwork. Your commission may be posted on my website, posted on social media, or shared with Patreon and newsletter subscribers.
• You MAY NOT sell the artwork in any form or use it to generate revenue in any way without my express written permission. You MAY NOT use my artwork to train AI algorithms. You MAY NOT remove my signature or watermark or edit my work in any way. You MAY NOT pass the work off as your own.
• You MAY print the artwork for your own personal enjoyment. You MAY post the work online on sites and social media, though I ask that you give credit when you do so.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• I prefer to draw female characters, but I will consider drawing male characters or animals as secondary characters (even as primary characters depending on the scope of the work).
• I am open to nudity and NSFW commissions (see pricing), but I will not draw characters engaged in intercourse. I will also not draw violent imagery.
• Revisions are to be used to fix errors on my behalf, such as if I overlooked an item that you described in your commission request, and are to be completed during the sketching and line art phases of the project. Complete overhauls to the concept or large-scale reworks are outside the scope of the revision process and may incur additional costs.
• It is your responsibility to provide a detailed description of the character being commissioned, including but not limited to: physical characteristics, expressions, moods, clothing, and background elements. Supplying reference images or crude sketches is encouraged.

STATEMENT ON AI

I despise AI. I view it as a tool for tech billionaires and talentless hacks to steal from those of us who have invested years of time and effort honing our creative crafts. It discourages young artists from putting in the necessary work to build a skill base, and the output is soulless slop that drowns actual, quality art in a sea of garbage. Needless to say, I do not now, nor will I ever, use generative AI at any stage of the creative process.

Perhaps the part of generative AI that I find most odious, however, is that the internet is now rife with scammers posing as artists. Every day people are getting ripped off paying for commissions that were generated via AI, which then puts the onus on artists to prove they’re not scammers.

So to prove my art is my own, I’m offering two options: 1) I can include a process video (timelapse) of the illustration with delivery of the commission, or 2) once the piece if finished, I can film a screen recording of myself enabling every layer on your commission one by one (most of my pieces of artwork have between 30 and 50 layers). I’ll even add a voiceover of what each layer does, which may be helpful to you to see how I structure my artwork. Of these two options, I prefer the second, simply because filming the process timelapse can balloon the CLIP files to absurd sizes, but it’s your call. Just tell me which of these options, if any, you’d like to see from me at the time of ordering your commission.

Do I own the drawing after I commission it?

• No. I reserve all rights to my artwork. See the terms and conditions above.

Why are your prices so high/low?

• I charge what I feel is a fair rate for the time and effort involved in rendering a piece to the level of quality I deliver. If my artwork is out of your price range, I encourage you to search for artists whose commissions fit your budget.

Do you offer any lower-priced options?

• No. I want to deliver pieces that I’m proud of and that you will be overjoyed with, and I don’t feel like pencil sketches or partially-rendered illustrations meet that high standard.

Will you draw (fill in the blank)?
